The Rosemont Citizens Association created PELT - the Planning, Environment, Land Use and Transportation Committee - to provide residents with accurate and objective information about developments affecting our neighborhoods. The PELT Committee is the voice of the Association that represents the interests of Rosemont when communicating with the Alexandria City government on infrastructure issues.
